FAQ's
-What should I bring? Please bring your own mat and water bottle
-How long are the sessions? Approximatley 50 minutes
-Will it be inside or outside? Sessions will be outside on our grass lawn so please dress appropriately for the weather.
-Are other farm activities available before or after the session?  The Andelin Petting Farm will be open Wednesdays through Saturdays from 9am to 2pm.  If you are doing a morning yoga session Wednesday through Saturday you could add on the petting farm for only $5.  (Regular price for the petting farm is $10).  The farm store will also be open select times.  You are welcome to shop the farm store with a free shopping pass.
-How does baby goat yoga work?  Our yoga instructor will lead the flow, meanwhile our baby goats will be around and in your session.  They may walk around you or lay down by you. Our goat handler will attend the session to assist the guests and goats.
-How old do you need to be? 14 and older
-Can beginners attend? Yes! Our instructors welcome new and experienced yogis
-Where do I go at the farm? Yoga sessions will be on the south lawn between the farm house and pond.  Follow the signs for parking and then make your way to the south lawn pavilion for check in.
-Can I bring family or friends to take pictures of me during the class?  Goat yoga happens inside a fenced area on the lawn.  Only customers with a paid ticket can enter the yoga area.
-Can my children play at the farm while I do the yoga class? No, we don't provide childcare at the class and minimum age to attend the class is 14 years.
-Is there time to see the goats after the session? Yes, for a brief time after the session there will be time for goat selfies, petting and socializing with the goats.
Will the goats wear diapers? No, Our goats are not potty trained and will behave like true farm animals. This experience is kept as organic as possible to ensure we provide everyone with an authentic experience. With that said, expect the goats to pee and poop during the class. Goat poop looks like small pellets, it’s not messy and all you have to do is shake it off your mat. It doesn’t happen all that often, but it does happen. We will have staff on hand with paper towels to clean up during the class, so just raise your hand and let us know!
-Will I be able to take a selfie with a baby goat?  Yes, during the session we encourage you to go with the flow of the yoga instructor and the flow of what the goats are doing.  We don't force them to be in certain areas.  Sometimes they might laydown by you.  Or maybe jump up on you.  Or maybe they will laydown on the grass away from you.  However, after the session we will provide time for you to cuddle, take selfies and get some goat time.
-When are the classes scheduled?  We will have a mix of classes on weekdays, weekends, morning and evenings.  Click the calendar below to see available times.
