SPRING Field Trip

The SPRING field trip at Andelin Family Farm is a fun educational experience.  Our friendly staff will lead each class group through rotations on the farm.  The entire field trip takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. This is a guided field trip around the farm, and does not allow "free time" in the festival area. School groups are permitted to use our pavilion and grass area for lunch at no extra charge, but this preference must be stated upon booking the field trip.    

This booking is for 1 time slot for up to 25 children.  Each set of 25 children will need to book 1 time slot.  If your field trip group has more than 25 children you will need to book the appropriate number of time slots.  

If you are booking only 1 time slot please note that we have a minimum group size of 15 children.  

The field trip costs $12 per student or parent chaperone.  We allow 1 free teacher per every 15 children.  We encourage teachers to limit the number of parent chaperones to 8 per class so as to make the field trip the best possible experience for the students.  
Available field trip start times are at 10am & 11:30am each day. 

When booking this reservation you will be required to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit for EACH time slot. The remaining balance will be due the day of the field trip in one transaction with either a school check or credit card. We encourage teachers to bring water, or make sure their students bring water for their field trip.

SPRING Field Trip Rotations Include: Educational animal tour of our Farm Animals, Baby Animal Petting, Hay Ride, Story time, Seed planting. Please note, the farm is closed to the public in the mornings on the days we offer field trips, and is only open in the morning for field trips. This is a guided field trip and "free roaming" around the adventure farm festival area is not permitted. Festival activities such as the chick holding experience, barrel train ride, bunny hops, hamster wheel, straw bale maze, mini zips, big slide, duck race activity and access to the U-Pick Tulip field will be CLOSED during field trips. If you would prefer to bring your class and their families to the Baby Animal Days and Tulip Festival, admission tickets can be purchased on our homepage.
