Sunflower Birthday Party Package

This reservation is for our exclusive party package in the Pavilion during the Sunflower Festival 2024

Farm Birthday Parties during the Festival are fun and memorable!  Party times are 10am to noon, 1:30pm to 3:30pm and 5pm to 7pm. 
Party organizer can arrive 1 hour prior to party time to setup.  1 vehicle can park near the pavillion for easy access to unload and load party food and supplies.

Included in the Party Package

• Rental of pavilion and small grass area.  You get the area for 3 hours total (1 hour set up, 2 hours party time. Party guests should not arrive before the party time.
• Staff member to be your personal party attendant to guide through your party schedule
• Feeding grain by hand to adult goats - led by your party attendant
• Festival admission for up to 20 people
• 3 six foot picnic tables, 1 six foot serving table & 15 folding chairs provided
• Garbage cans and disposal service
• Free sunflower for each party guest in the count

You provide plates, cups, napkins, table covers and any decorations.  You may bring in whatever food you wish to serve.  Alcohol is not allowed.

Up to 20 people are included in your party package.  Ages 3 and older are included in the count.

If there are more than 20 people there is a $15 charge per extra person that wishes to enter the festival area.

Pony rides - $8.00 per child for one ride
Cowboy Hats - $4 per hat
